Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) is a set of products and services
which ensure that customer switching, routing and server infrastructure are performing
in accordance with business needs. This can be further extended to monitor services
by intelligently grouping related infrastructure together, to highlight the impact
of a failure on any given service.
The Telindus RMM Service is a full end-to-end service encompassing consultancy,
design, implementation, operation and support of a comprehensive monitoring and
reporting system. Where appropriate this managed service can be augmented by a specific
Application Performance Management Technology to enable monitoring and management
of application flows across the WAN, according to customer’s need.

The Service Management Centre (SMC) marks a significant advance in Telindus
UK's strategic development: the SMC provides the foundation for our future managed
service and outsourcing propositions. Located in a purpose-built management centre
at our Odiham UK head office, the SMC offers customers an extended 24x7 incident
management service and a single point of contact for reporting, progressing and
resolving faults and other network incidents.
Telindus has invested in an enhanced team of dedicated staff and more streamlined
processes to ensure that customer incidents are handled more effectively, according
to ITIL best practice. This allows Telindus to professionally manage a much wider
range of service offerings rather than just its traditional support services.

To further extend the Telindus managed services portfolio, Telindus International,
and the Belgacom Group, have developed the International Remote Operations Centre
(iROC). Building on the vision to provide customers with a high quality and competitively
packaged managed services offering, the iROC is available throughout all Telindus
affiliates, supporting both domestic and international customers.
The iROC is delivered from our dedicated facility and Services Team in Paris and
further supported by the local Telindus Service Centres in the different countries.
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week the iROC is supporting and managing customers'
critical network infrastructures around the world.
